视听说：对于Viewing部分的音频学习难度大，跟不上速度，无法获取有效的信息。

精读：总感觉文章一篇比一篇长，会产生一种抵触，没有耐心去认真的读完整篇。

总：自制力太差了，上网课效率很低 :-(

6，语伴给我的建议(比如在口语作业/精读作业/各种练习以及学习中)

1. 不要局限在文章里面的单词和语言表达的总结，在课后题以及视听说音频里面也可以摘录一些不常用的搭配和新的表达。

2. 对于一些简单的词汇也要注意拼写和发音，夯实基础。

多去积累，从听力和文章的一些表达，一些词语的用法开始，都要留心注意下来并学着去应用。
