Exchange adding a "2" to email address

set your sAMAccountName in policy to be your email address alias

samaccount made up by first name and last name, I'm sure the samaccount isn't duplicated, but after creating a new account,

the e-mail address contains "2" automatically

searching the [email protected] vai whole AD, can't find the e-mail address

root casue is "set your sAMAccountName in policy to be your email address alias"

a user changed english name, samaccount keeps, e-mail address alias keeps

I don't know how to search a user via alias, fortunatelly, not so many people, search manually find the user already terminated
