1. What sports do you like?

I'm crazy about skiing. The moment I glide down the snow-covered slopes, feeling the wind on my face, it's pure bliss(纯粹的幸福). It's not only a thrilling physical activity but also a great way to embrace nature and challenge myself.

2. Where did you learn how to do it?

I learned skiing at a ski resort nearby my home. The resort offers comprehensive training programs for beginners. The experienced instructors there patiently taught me from the very basics, which made the learning process smooth and enjoyable.

3. Did you do some sports when you were young?

Oh, absolutely! Badminton was my  go-to(首选的) sport during my childhood. I often played it in the park near my home with my parents or friends. We'd have so much fun chasing the shuttlecock(羽毛球), laughing and sweating. It was a great way to bond and stay active.

4. Do you think students need more exercise?

I have to say that's more of a personal choice. But generally speaking, it doesn't seem so necessary. Chinese schools hold regular P.E. classes and some even have strict rules that require students to do sports for a certain length of time on a daily basis. Students who have a greater interest in particular sports can devote more time. While for the others,what they are doing is pretty enough.

1. Do you often read？

Reading is an integral(不可或缺的) part of my daily life. I frequently immerse myself in a variety of books and articles, from classic literature to modern science. This habit not only enriches my knowledge but also sharpens my mind, fostering both personal and intellectual growth. Indeed, reading plays a pivotal role in my routine

2. Are you reading habits now different from before?

My reading habits have transformed significantly. Previously, I would often multitask while reading, which detracted from my concentration. Now, I prioritize creating an environment conducive(有益的) to focused reading, free from distractions. This adjustment has greatly improved my ability to delve deeply into the content and retain what I read.

3. Have you ever read a novel that has been adapted into a film?

Yes, I have. But I have to say in most cases, it' s the film that sparks my interest and stimulates me to read the original work. If it' s the other way around(如果是另一种情况), I often go to the cinema with too much expectation and end up with some disappointment, as either the story has been over-adapted or the actors fail to match my own imagination.

4. Which do you prefer,reading books or watching movies？

Watching movies is definitely a better choice. Within 2 hours, I can experience great visual and audio enjoyment, which comes easier and more direct. I have to admit that it' s more demanding to hold a book to read page after page. Although I can often have more thinking while reading, it costs me more time and requires a lot of concentration.
