     On August 22-25, 2017, the SCO Council of National Coordinators (СNС) convened a meeting in Yangzhou (Jiangsu Province, China) -the first high-level meeting after the SCO Summit held in June 2017 in Astana, Kazakhstan, when India and Pakistan joined the organisation as full members.

22-25 августа 2017 года в г. Янчжоу (провинция Цзянсу, КНР) под председательством китайской стороны состоялось  заседание Совета национальных координаторов (СНК) государств-членов ШОС - первое после состоявшегося на июньском саммите в Астане расширения Организации, в результате которого Индия и Пакистан стали полноправными членами ШОС. 

     After accession of India and Pakistan to the SCO, the technical issue of using English in the organization’s work has not been resolved yet. Russian and Chinese are the two official languages, and there is no translation service from English yet in the SCO Secretariat. To tackle this issue, official delegations of the two Member States hire interpreters at the market. Denis Paletskiy has been providing interpretation services for the Indian delegation since summer 2017.
