到http://get.adobe.com/cn/flashplayer/网站下载对应的版本的rpm；rpm-ivhadobe.rpm；安装好后，yum源里面添加了flash，直接yuminstallflash-plugin就可以安装了；安装好了重起浏览器，flash生效。
