windows下php：error_log()发送邮件设置

php.ini 设置：

安装sendmail :
1.从http://glob.com.au/sendmail/下载sendmail.zip
2.解压即可。
注意：对于 sendmail.exe 在安装xampp时在xampp包中已自动安装

接下来要配置 sendmail 包中的sendmail.ini文件
