Safety stock

 

    Specifies the quantity whose purpose is to satisfy unexpectedly high

    demand in the coverage period.

 

    The risk of shortfalls is reduced by having a safety stock.

 

Procedure

 

    With manual reorder point planning, you can enter a value in the

    material master record. However, it is merely for information.

 

    With automatic reorder point planning and forecast-based planning, the

    system determines and adjusts the value automatically for forecasting

    purposes.

 

MRP 跟安全库存存在一定的联系。

 

一．第一次创建物料

 

如： R999-100 这个物料是我们刚创建的

       Safetty Stock： 100 PC

 

我们用T-Code: MMBE / MB52

 

因为物料是刚创建，肯定是没有库存， 所以库存 是 0 .

 

通过一系列T-Code:  MK01 创建供应商， T-Code: ME11 创建物料清单

 

完成上面的操作后，我们可以通过 T-Code: MD03 创建采购需求

接着 T-Code: MD04  Run MRP ， 我们可能到planing order 已经被创建出来，物料需求就等库存 100 PC.

 

以上是为了满足 Safety Stock 保持 100 自动创建物料需求 Run MRP.

 

 

二.当库存被消耗完，低于安全库存

 

假若库存现在  Material Number: R999-100  Qty: 100 PC

 

现在我们用MIGO ， Good Issue , Others , Moventy Type: 502   做一次发货，使库存数量低于安全库存，这里我们将库存数库成 0  PC.

 

T-Code: MB51

这里我们再做 MD03 创建物料需求计划， MD04  Run MRP. 可以看到新的planning Order 又产生了.

 

三． 我们也可以通过 加Forecasting 的方法来产生Run MRP请求

T-Code: MD64  给物料加 Forecasting

 

 

接着： T-Code: MD03 

                            MD04

 

 

我们可以看到，也产生了Run MRP 物料需求计划.
