原因

在ANDROID_HOME路径下找不到文件，此处是与夜神模拟器配合使用，adb也使用的是夜神模拟器中的adb，故因此要在夜神模拟器的bin文件夹下寻找licenses文件，并查找对应文件。

解决办法

在Android Studio或者其他方法安装的SDK目录下，将licenses文件夹复制到夜神模拟器(其它模拟器注意路径即可)的bin文件夹下
