工作日志 Advance Pend QA Problem

1. never include .vbp unless creating new class or modules, never include .vgb file

2. update App QA Folder before advancing to Pend QA, for testing, update the Willmas also since the advance will try to compile the folder to make sure it actually work.

3. 正确步骤：update QA folder -> Merge local to QA folder -> commit changes on the QA folder like the process of local branch.

4. close VB and Hyperspace when do the willmas.
