问题解决：

➜  ~ vi ~/.pip/pip.conf
# 添加
[list]
format=columns

# 保存退出

最终效果：

➜  ~ pip list
Package                                Version
-------------------------------------- --------
altgraph                               0.10.2
ansible                                2.3.0.0
