1.创建一个ASP.NET空Web应用程序
2.添加引用
3.添加web窗体
4.在生成的代码中引用using MySql.Data.MySqlClient;

其中主要是gridview控件，因为要将数据库中的数据显示出来，所以得根据数据来改变
