Find what: ([0-9][0-9])\.([0-9][0-9])\.([0-9][0-9])\.([0-9][0-9][0-9])

Replace with:  \1:\2:\3:\4

FROM STRING: 03.07.18.109

TO STRING: 03:07:18:109

\1, \2, \3 ...   without \0

A number should match a bracket pair.
