电子商务是信息化、网络化的产物，由于其自身特点已引起了人们的广泛注意，所以它不仅改变了传统商务活动模式，而且对产业间的融合与经济结构调整产生着积极的影响。随着电子商务的发展，越来越多的传统企业开始介入电子商务领域，人们逐渐认识到，物流已成为电子商务是否顺利进行和发展的一个关键因素，如果没有一个高效、合理、畅通的物流系统，电子商务所具有的优势就难以得到有效的发挥。在我国，物流起步晚、水平低，在电子商务时代的今天，能够支持电子商务活动的现代物流发展还存在诸多问题。为此，本文阐述了电子商务物流的模式，在对我国电子商务物流现状和存在的问题进行分析的基础上，提出解决的相关对策。

Abstract

Electronic commerce is a product of information technology and the Internet, it has attracted widespread attention because of its own characteristics, so it not only changed the traditional business model, but also has a positive impact on inter industry integration and the adjustment of the economic structure. With the development of electronic commerce, more and more traditional companies began to intervene in the field of electronic commerce, people gradually realize that, logistics has become electronic commerce is carried out smoothly and the development of a key factor, if there is not an efficient, reasonable and smooth logistics system, electronic commerce has the advantage of is difficult to get effective play. In our country, the logistics starts late, the level is low, in the electronic commerce time today, can support the electronic commerce activity the modern logistics development also has many problems. To this end, this paper describes the e-commerce logistics model, based on the analysis of the status quo of China's e-commerce logistics and existing problems, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures.
