当出现Installing github.com/fatih/gomodifytags FAILED之类的情况时候，访问以上网址。输入以下配置

go env -w GO111MODULE=on
go env -w GOPROXY=https://goproxy.cn,direct

可以完成安装。

Tools environment: GOPATH=C:\Users\29456\go

当出现go: go.mod file not found in current directory or any parent directory; see 'go help modules'情况的时候。
在cmd里键入go env -w GO111MODULE=off即可成功运行。
