jupyter notebook如何新增kernel

选择相对应的conda虚拟环境
进入到该虚拟环境

pip install ipykernel  
python -m ipykernel install --name=虚拟环境名称

例如：python -m ipykernel install --name=pytorch-py3.7

这时就会显示kernel，选择更换kernel即可

如何在jupyter notebook中打开其他的盘

因为启动时，jupyter notebook默认在c盘，如要打开其他盘则先进入到该盘，再启动jupyter notebook。
