因为在海尼曼课程里提到badminton，所以就拿来玩了一会儿。

搞了半天，他都打不到，后来妈妈想了个办法，用线吊着让他打，这下打到了，结果石头来了句it’s easy to paly!

Master the high and low serve. There are many ways to hit a badminton serve, from the high serve to the backhand serve.

high serve

Hold the shuttle by the feathers and drop it slightly in front of you. Hit the shuttle with the flat face of your racket and follow through until your racket reaches all the way to the non-racket side of your head.

low serve

Hold the shuttle by the feathers and bring it close to meet the racket instead of dropping it. Hit the shuttle at a higher point, but still below your waist, and push it with the racket face, trying to make it just skim the tape of the net.
