运用java方法解决浏览器 Not allowed to load local resource 报错

首页会出现这个问题是因为在html页面中直接引用磁盘文件导致的。

网上有很多的帖子都是说修改tomcat的配置文件。但对于没有tomcat的项目是无法解决的，所有还是用Java方法吧，这里写出来，记录一下。。。。。。这个方法只适合图片文件。。。。。

其实很简单。主要是io流来解决，直接上代码。
