安装mahout

1 http://www.sunwei.org/archives/183 首先安装 m2eclipse插件

包解压的过程总是会碰到path太长的错误，索性就解压到c盘下了

run as的时候，没有合适选项，因为我这里使用的是J2ME版本的eclipse，所以根据建议安装WTP，（windows->preference->marven->discover->wtp）
