go : gin优雅地退出服务端

通常我们执行 kill ，或者直接 crtl +c 终结服务 ，本文介绍优雅地结束服务端

运行显示
crtl+c结束服务的时候 quit channel接受客户端终止信号，在关闭前执行defer 的操作，可以比较优雅地关闭服务
