    Two lines, waiting for the route-bus which was just to leave while I was getting there. Seen it, anxious—too many people so that maybe not a seat for me.

    “Bailu first!” Shouted the ticket seller.

    I, fretful, shoved in, ass filling one, fearing it be occupied.

    The door closed, the bus left. I, sitting leaning back the seat, relieved, heard the ticket seller saying: “Supposed all the Bailus are in”

    “Unless there’s a fool.” Answered the driver, “we’ve said Bailu first.”

    I, already in guilt for the queue-jumping, guilt more, thanking those “dulls”, was and am sorry.
