1，从本周音频中我学到的最重要的概念:

stay the course坚持到底

be pressed to do sth 处境为难

2，我在本周音频中学到的怦然心动的单词:

book a table/ticket预订一张桌子/票

arrange/plan to have dinner计划去吃晚饭

3，在本周音频中我最喜欢的一句话:

only one reminds me of the courage and persistence it takes to stay the course in the shadowland.

4，我在学习今天材料中遇到的困难:

听不清单词

有些单词的用法不太清楚，比如book可以译为预订

5，语伴给我的建议:听力的时候要提前看清题目，听力中最容易出现转折的词语然后误导你填错，所以还是要集中注意力抓住关键词的

6，我的一些其他感受和收获:

听力还是一如既往的进步不是很大，但是我会努力听出关键词，感觉还是多听听才是有比较大的效果

7，下次学习的努力方向:

再在外研随身学中多听几遍视听说的听不懂的内容
