安装pywin32时注册表中无Python3.6安装路径解决方法

在安装pywin32时，出现Python Version 3.6.4 required which was not found in the registry的时候注册表中没有Python3.6.4的安装路径。  
解决方法：

1.写一个python文件，运行即可，在网上找到了注册表注册的代码贴出来供大家使用。

2.此时安装pywin32时会有python3.6.4的安装路径
